Disappointing Product
Please consider this my honest, helpful and constructive feedback. I waited a month to receive my suncatcher. Just as I was pretty sure it would never arrive, it came. The actual picture (puzzle) is sandwiched between two cloudy (not clear) pieces of not thin plastic. The puzzle pieces themselves are not clear. Light is effectively blocked from coming through. No colors are cast on surrounding areas as shown in their ads. The pieces of the suncatcher are held together by tiny little plastic screws. There should be five, but I only received one. Very disappointed. I give it three stars because I actually did receive most of it and the picture is pretty, though not as shown on their website. I am not sure why Trustpilot states that most buyers were somewhat satisfied when a very large number of reviews are ones.
