"Support loop - $157 Refund blocked by automated replies (Ticket #5495683) Terrible experience. I bought an Alipay gift card for $157.00 and the code was completely invalid. I opened multiple tickets, but different support agents are just copy-pasting the same template saying "Resolved" and closing my files without checking anything. My G2G wallet and bank account are still at ZERO. They are protecting a fraudulent code. Please have a manager look at Ticket #5495683 immediately and process my refund.
