I ordered a personalised Pokémon card slab for Father’s Day. The slab itself came cracked, so obviously I cannot give that as a gift. I was offered £2 as a ‘goodwill gesture’ ?! I then said this is unacceptable and was offered £5… I wouldn’t buy from here again as if there is an issue, you will be offered a frankly quite offensive ‘partial’ refund.
