Lost $190 delivering an order, then permanently banned for a first mistake

(Update): G2G re-enabled my selling and withdrawal permission. Although i didnt get that 190$ back. Happy to be back. (Context): I was a seller on G2G. On 7 Oct 2026, a buyer ordered a Claude Max 20x upgrade ($260). The buyer sent me their own checkout screenshot and a login code so I could upgrade their account. I paid $190.52 from my own card, which matched their checkout exactly. Immediately after I paid, the buyer logged me out, and a minute later another $90 charge was attempted on my card. I rejected their refund request with full proof: my cleared payment, the buyer's own checkout screenshot, and chat logs. G2G's support bot confirmed that the case should auto-close because the buyer escalated after the 48-hour window. G2G still ruled for the buyer and refunded them in full. The buyer kept the upgrade, and I lost $190. I accept that logging into the buyer's account broke G2G's rules. It was my first violation, and the buyer asked me to do it. G2G first emailed offering to restore my selling rights if I confirmed I wouldn't repeat it. I confirmed the same day. Then they permanently closed my account, froze my $225 balance for 6 months, and said no appeals would be accepted. The buyer faced no consequences that I can see. I lost my payment, my account and my balance over one mistake. Sellers should know how one-sided G2G's dispute process can be. Horrible experience and outcome after being with them this long.
