Truly kind and thoughtful support
I had trouble placing an order from Japan because one specific shirt color/style could not be shipped internationally. The support team investigated the issue very carefully, explained the cause clearly, and helped me find a solution. I was also very happy that they later honored the sale price for my order. However, what meant even more to me was how kind and thoughtful the support was throughout the entire experience. I had contacted support once before and had a similarly positive experience. It’s rare to come across customer support that feels this personal and caring. What could have been a frustrating shopping experience ended up becoming a very positive one. Thank you again!
