Fantastic Customer Service - The Way It's Supposed to Be !!
This was the 1st time I ordered from Direct Home Medical (DHM). I didn't know what I needed as my child needed a nebulizer ASAP. My representative (Annette) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I didn't know I needed an Rx to order one and I was at work, so she provide a link to send to my child for a secure upload. I will only be ordering from SHM for any of my needs going forward. Price is not an issue when you have such help. BTW, they had the best prices too, found a coupon for a discount, etc. - to boot. This is what makes a great Company Stand out in any Crowd. Savid M. Massachusetts
