Most of the process was easy and quality was great
Most of the process was easy. The only glitch was when I created my design, I thought based on the specifications from your site, it kept rejecting it, saying it was the wrong size. The problem was, it didn't give me the opportunity or any guidance about how to fix the problem. When I contacted customer service and they uploaded it, the site resized the design instantly. It would be helpful to all concerned if you could make it so it would just skip to the fix rather than necessitating contacting customer service. On the other hand, I love the magnets and they came quite quickly! The printing is sharp and the quality if great.
