I ordered two grape vines. They arrive in a dorminant state. One vine is doing great but the other never showed any life. I reported the issue and was told I would receive an IN-STORE credit to buy something else; however, I would have to pay the very high cost of shipping again. So I am only getting money back for a plant that never "came to life", but money that I can only spend with a merchant that I choose not to do business with again. And if I choose to spend that money with them, then they get to rip me off again with the high cost of shipping. Sometimes lessons are expensive, and this one has definitely been that for me. Buyer beware
