Shelter broke on first use
I ordered a shelter from E-Z UP and the sidewalls had holes in them, so they sent me a whole new shelter. I did not have room for a two shelters, so I gave the first one to goodwill. I used the BRAND NEW SUPPOSEDLY DURABLE shelter on May 29, 2026 for the first time at a fine art fair. I had all the proper weights, etc. on every leg. The frame snapped in two in more than one place, collapsed and broke or damaged many of the items inside. When I called EZ UP, the customer service said the best they can do is 50% off a new one. Why would I want to buy a new one when I have received two terrible products in a row? I spent $350 on NOTHING. Very disappointed.
