Worst company ever would never use them in 1 million years not only they take advantage of you but then on top of that they charge you 10% of the cost of the ticket when the person has been hospitalised and then the airline charges you are further $400 shocking service Hong Kong airlines and also this company I would stay away from if you don’t want a heartache they apologise. You’ve been going through it while they literally take advantage of you and you’re suffering in pain and take your money. Good job.
