They never send the cards
They never send the cards and ask you a million times to check your spam box like you're some idiot who hasn't done that yet. Then they demand a confirmation code from an email but they never sent any email (hence no code). Then they end up having an email address that bounces emails back. They play games and play dumb. Twice now I've not gotten the cards I've legally earned and three times it took them months to send them.
