Extremely disappointing experience with Traveloka. They claimed I agreed to a flight schedule change during a phone call that never happened. When I requested proof, including call records, the number contacted, and any recording or transcript, none were provided. Instead, I received repeated responses saying the case was being escalated. A customer should not be told they consented to a change without verifiable evidence. The lack of transparency, accountability, and timely resolution caused significant stress, especially with my travel date approaching. I expected much better customer service and professionalism.
