No-response service
I won the lot0053 item (JH501) on April 26 and paid the full amount along with shipping fees, but as of today, June 2, I still haven't received the item. I've sent seven inquiries and complaint emails in between, and the responses have all been the same, saying they don't know where the goods are and that they are still investigating. This is really outrageous, and the service attitude is very poor.
