Worse online experience ever
I ordered two dresses from this website, the same style in two different sizes. The photos looked amazing, but in hindsight they were probably AI‑generated, because what arrived looked nothing like the pictures. The quality was poor. Both sizes were far too big and on the same day the package arrived, I contacted customer service to start a return. I dealt with Sophia, who sent me several emails trying to convince me not to return the items. First, she offered me 40% back if I kept the dresses, plus a 10% discount on a future order. I explained clearly that I needed a full refund. Then she came back offering 55% back if I kept the items. Honestly, what kind of business tries to negotiate refunds like that instead of simply accepting a return? I insisted again, and only after pushing repeatedly did I finally get the full refund I was entitled to. I take responsibility for not checking reviews beforehand, but I will never buy from this website again. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering here, the quality is bad, the photos are misleading, and the return process is made unnecessarily difficult.
