Unreliable knowledge base, unresolved issues for over a year
I purchased this tool more than a year ago, mainly for its promised Knowledge Base Q&A feature. I carefully imported my product information (including prices and shipping details) and tested with very simple, exact questions, but the bot repeatedly responded with “We couldn't find any results” instead of reading its own data. I contacted support multiple times over the past year, but the core issue has never been truly fixed. Each time I was told it would be looked into, yet in real usage the bot still fails to answer basic questions that are clearly defined in the backend. For a customer-facing chatbot, this level of unreliability makes it impossible to use in production. What is even more disappointing is seeing this product still being actively sold on deal platforms, while long‑time users like me are left dealing with the same fundamental problems. If you need a dependable knowledge‑base chatbot for real customers, I would strongly recommend testing very thoroughly before committing, or considering other options.
