Return process is absolutely ridiculous
They make you do a song and dance to be able to make a return. I ordered 2 sizes of a top and bottom of a bikini set. Neither ended up getting me properly so I *reauested* a return. Yes, you have to email and request. They asked me to list out each item, SKU, and specific reasons why they don’t fit and provide pics. I said they just didn’t fit me how I wanted them to. They then denied my return saying they don’t accept returns due to personal preference. Their website states in 2 different places that swimwear can be returned for fit. Extremely disappointed. Waste of money and terrible customer experience.
