Not sure what happened to this place…
Not sure what happened to this place but the quality has really gone downhill. Produce section is consistently disappointing - wilted lettuce, overripe fruit, and nobody restocking. For a store this busy you'd expect better. Self-checkout machines break down constantly and there's rarely anyone around to help fix them. The one staff member nearby was on their phone the whole time. Long lines, understaffed, and the parking lot is a whole other nightmare on weekends. Prices keep going up but the experience keeps getting worse. Switched to Publix and haven't looked back.
