Received my order with the box…all beat up and missing parts
Received my order with the box completely beat to he@# with not one but two parts missing. Waited on the " customer service" ( and I use that term sarcastically) line for 20 minutes before taking the call back option. 45 minutes later I get a call. After describing my issue, she wants me to take pictures of the box and send them somewhere. As the missing parts were NOT my fault, I'm not about to do YOUR legwork to solve YOUR problem. A week later and not only do I STILL NOT have my parts, I still am waiting to be contacted to solve THEIR problem with my order. Don't waste your time and money on this company. Dennis Kirk will get all of my business going forward. My fault for not reading the reviews first. I hope I'm saving someone else with this review.
