I recently joined BLB and had the opportunity to work with EJ during my onboarding process. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. EJ took the time to walk me through the program, answer my questions, and provide clear direction on the next steps. What stood out most was her ability to build my confidence and help me see the opportunities available through BLB. She made the process easy to understand and ensured I felt supported every step of the way. As someone expanding from residential and commercial lending into business lending, having a coach who truly cares about your success makes all the difference. I appreciate her guidance, encouragement, and commitment to helping new members get started the right way. Thank you, EJ, for an outstanding onboarding experience. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow within BLB. Chad Chevalier Founder, Ultimate Chevals Capital
