The support this time was also excellent.
Allen has been my assistant ever since I started using OrzGK. He will respond quickly and courteously unless he is very busy. Therefore, I feel at ease from the time I purchase the statue until it arrives. I was waiting for the statue I purchased to be completed, as usual, but I received a message from him saying that there were differences in the details and paintwork between the promotional images before production and the actual statue during the production stage. I appreciated being notified in advance like this. The statue arrived safely and is in perfect condition. Thank you, Allen.
