Local affiliate needs to change
It's a useful service, but the last time I used them the local affiliate moving company they use to drop off and pick up the bins was a mess. When they dropped them off, their "truck was down", so someone showed up in a SUV, dropped off a batch of bins and just left. Didn't speak English so he couldn't tell me that he had to make several trips. It took three trips over the course of an hour. Each time, interrupting my work day and driving my dogs crazy. Some of the bins hadn't been cleaned out either and had old stickers and oily residue on the inside. Then pickup was even more bizarre. Didn't show up at the pickup timeframe that was communicated to me via text, so I asked for an update, didn't show up for that time frame either. Then they communicated a time via text for the next afternoon, then someone showed up at 7:15am ringing the doorbell while we were sleeping. All of this without communication from them. Each time, I had to reach out and drag info out of them. Their messages sounded like they were coming from AI or a bot. They are a local moving company and provided a horrible impression, you think they'd want to use this opportunity to advertise their business. But I would never hire or recommend them after the interaction we've had through their Stack relationship.
