Unauthorised Subscription Charges
In my experience, this company has acted dishonestly and exploitatively. They took my payment details, failed to provide the service promised, and then, the following month, charged me hundreds of pounds for a subscription I never knowingly authorised. This felt like a deliberate and deceptive attempt to take money without consent. I strongly advise others to avoid giving them any bank or card information, to read every term with extreme caution, and to check their statements carefully for unauthorised charges.
