They charged me $20 more than the price of the items in my cart (not for tax, not for shipping). There was a coupon code that was available to me and that processed and showed as active I. The final price of my cart, but then was not honored only after my card was charged. Customer service was uninterested and unwilling to resolve the false advertising issue
