Completely useless customer service
Completely useless customer service - passing me from person to person - no help - no call backs - the problem I've experienced should be fixable with in 10 minutes - I've been on the phone for hours, they asked me to download software onto my computer to give them control and screen recording abilities (but I had to confirm zoho isn't responsible for 3rd party misues) so invasive - and the problem is persisting, no technician was present while screen recording all my personal information- I JUST WANT TO MIGRATE MY MAIL!
