Liveauctioneers' Shipping arm's execution, communication, and overall systems are abysmal. I've used the service three times. The first time I had the wrong item sent to me was well as having my item shipped to someone else. The second time went well the third time has been the worst. It's been six weeks since the sale date and no tracking information and false promises from the little communication that I've received. After many years and many purchases on the site, I'll not be bidding any longer.
