Zealthy = Scam
Zealthy = Scam We saw this company on an tv advertisment and checked out the website. You had to put in healthy information to see what options were available. While doing the process, we were charged $39 to start. When this was realized, I immediately called and stated that this was not authorized. The customer service agent stated that it shouldn't have been done and the money would be refunded and we had no membership. No other amounts would be charged. Well, that's not the case because our account has been charged for $135. We called customer service and spent 48 minutes before we were hung up on with no resolution. We did have a supervisor call us back only to not be of any assistance and they want us to cancel a membership that we never signed up for. After 20 minutes on the phone, she also hung up on us. Let me repeat, we never signed up for a membership. We never received anything from the company. We never received anything from the pharmacy! We never had any contact with one of their "medical professionals." This company will not make things right. It is clearly fraud and we are working through our bank to get the money back and have a fraud investigation opened about this company. I would highly recommend NOT using this company for anything!!!!
