Well I redeem 250 on AuguBut ist 6th at 11:57 pm. Then i made a purchase for 39.99 at 12:45 am Aug. 7th They rejected they claim i canceled it! ( Lie) Because I contacted them asked how to redeem. I FO believe it was Phill that I was chatting with. Then I turned around at 2:39 am August 7th redeemed 200. Now they did pay that out. Then August 10th 11:45pm redeemed 100 reject i purchased 89.99 August 10th at 11:46 then 11:47 again redeem 100 rejected August 11th redeemed 700 at 8:15pm rejected went on to purchase on the 11th 49.99 at 8:17 pm & 10:04pm & 19:99 @ 11:24pm. Was rejected my fat finger hit wrong card #On August 12th purchased 39:99 @ 12:09am again my fat finger hit the wrong# was rejected & 2:54am that was good. Then on August 12th I redeemed 800.00 at 8:50am & guess what they sent a email to verify my cards. Which i was asked ti only show 1st 4 & last 4 numbers which I did. Shortly I received a email that the verification was good & it would be processed. Well here it is August the 16th and all i have been getting is the run around. That they are working on it. It is under review or that they are experiencing a high volume. This us everyday. 🤣
