If you are a content creator looking for a reliable, professional voice clone to streamline your workflow, look elsewhere. I signed up for ElevenLabs to create a voice clone for my YouTube channel's presentations. The output was a complete disaster—unusable, robotic, and completely missed the mark on a natural cadence. Because the quality was so poor, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. Their support response was an absolute joke. They refused the refund, hiding behind a "Terms of Service" loophole claiming my request "exceeded the character limit." But the moment you use those characters to discover their product doesn't work, you instantly disqualify yourself from getting your money back.
