Our frame cracked on our Rover…
Our frame cracked on our Rover TerraTrike Tandem for the 2nd time. Although the part was covered the $400 labor was not. Also… our trike has a grey frame but the only colors available were neon orange flat paint or royal blue for this part. They no longer carry the grey. Our trike has purple decals so not acceptable but those were our only choices. Very disappointed!!! It’s kind of like taking your vehicle in and having a new door put on with a different color than the original. We now have a partial grey frame, partial blue frame and purple decals. 🙄 Not a great way to do business ‼️
