Expensive and confusing return process
I had to return an item when I placed this order. I had to pay shipping and the return/RMA process was confusing. One explanation said I had 30 days to return the item and another said return it in X days or the RMA will not be valid. Because of the overall cost of shipping the item I returned ended up costing me quite a bit more. Not a good customer experience.
