I am very disappointed with my…Wrong Wig Received and No Fair Refund Offered
I am very disappointed with my experience. The wig I received was not the same wig that was advertised and ordered. The style did not match the product photos, including the middle-part design, which was one of the main reasons I chose it. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged my concerns but repeatedly offered only small partial refunds instead of providing a satisfactory resolution. I was also informed that returning the item would require expensive international shipping, even though the package was delivered through a U.S. shipping location. I made several attempts to resolve the issue fairly and even proposed a reasonable compromise, but we were unable to reach an acceptable solution. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again. I encourage potential buyers to carefully review the return policy and understand the return process before placing an order.
