Shocking service
On this occasion your service was awful. You could not resolve the problem with my parcel that was due for collection on the 16th May, but not collected. Despite several messages to you, you could never issue a refund nor tell me whether or when my parcel would be collected. In the end I had to contact the courier directly to try to resolve the problem myself. Even as I write this there has been no communication from you with any update Shocking service
