Do not book tours with Panorama tours. They have deceptive practices.
We booked the Sound of Music tour directly through Panorama Tours’ official website, expecting the experience advertised. However, on the day of the tour we were placed on an unmarked bus operated by a different company. At the same time, other groups were boarding Panorama‑branded buses, which made the substitution very noticeable. The bus and overall experience provided by the outside operator were not at the same standard as what Panorama promotes or what other customers received that day. At no point during booking or check‑in were we informed that our tour would be subcontracted or that the quality might differ. The inconsistency in service created a disappointing experience. Travelers booking directly with Panorama should be aware that they may not actually receive a Panorama‑operated tour.
