I got a call from what i suspected was a scammer after he started asking very strange cold storage questions and asking if I wanted to execute the trade I made last night which was another red flag since I didn't execute anything. I asked for the handshake code and he hung up. I called by brokers direct line, yes direct, which he didn't pick up so it rerouted me to Ana Henry. She explained that they indeed have a scammer spoofing their number and teh first thing she did was ask for my handshake code. I immediately knew this was a legit BTC IRA agent. She confirmed I had no trades pending, took a report and forwarded to their security team. I changed my password and added 2FA authenticator versus text to the account and then had her freeze the account. If you want a ROTH IRA to hold your coin, this is the place to go.
