Very helpful support staff
An update to WPForms in late May broke our site, and I found out pretty quickly that this was not a bug. They had blocked dynamically generated dropdown menus which our site depended on. Once I pointed this out, their support were very helpful with instructions how to code around this blockage. In fact, they went so far as to push out an update to their software to enable my fix. The turnaround time was impressive too; during a few hectic days we exchanged two or three emails per day.
