Farera is GARBAGE
This third-party agency is GARBAGE. STAY AWAY! They have never sent me any confirmation of my flight after my purchase. They have mastered avoiding contact/interaction and providing non-existent customer service. Good luck at trying to speak with a live agent or getting a response through their messaging system that they claim to be 24/7. Their contact number is 1-888-768-4888, which is basically an automated recording and you'll NEVER have the the opportunity to speak with an agent. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyer beware.
