I ordered a keychain
I ordered a keychain, but it arrived with missing parts that were clearly shown in the product photos. I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement, but they refused. They also refused to issue a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. Receiving an incomplete product and being denied both a replacement and a refund is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company!!!
