Fundbox is high rates (48% interest rate equivalent) but with what they just did to me, I closed my account and will never work with them again. 7 years of working with them and have a $73K limit. I have the same credit rating now I had when i started with them 7 years ago. I have never missed a payment, every draw has been paid back 100% in full, and no issues until recently. Draws were in my account next day and had no issues. I had used $17K of $73K and went to draw additional $15K to cover late paying client invoices to cover payroll needs. Upon logging in, get strange wording of changes that have zero specifics to what actually changed other than now every draw is up for review regardless of approved line of credit. Then they denied the draw and cited a credit report where my credit rating is above their minimum and said to follow up with Experian for the info they gave Fundbox. However there was nothing from Fundbox on why THEY disapproved a draw when my credit rating is well above their minimum and not reflecting 7 years of 100% payback. Customer service girl was Fundbox broke the trust between a business owner and a financing partner and I will never trust them again with any of my business. Heed the warnings in the 1 star reviews.
