Had an issue with my payout (which was a mistake completely on my part as I neglected to update my card information) and sent them an email to request another attempt. I was replied to by the customer service and financial support members (Maria and Regina were so sweet!) in 24 hours, along with my payout! I love working with FW and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future 💙
