Very bad experience with your website and customer service.

Dear Sirs and Madams. The software does not do what it is supposed to do (the animations and dubbing and lip-syncing). Therefore, I have requested many times a refund according to your regulations (if there is a problem with the software) and indeed there is, in a big way. And also that I made a mistake and purchased both Cargit and Sol points that in your cart there was no possibility of removing. And even then you did not behave with understanding and customer service. And again when I asked for a refund again, you still claimed that I did not stand for the software that does not work and therefore I cannot receive a refund. So no!!!!!! Your service is very bad!!!!!! Your customer service is very bad. And right now I have no choice but to purchase a subscription from scratch again. And not to use you !!!!!!.
