The experience was a positive one for several reasons. Robin was professional in her demeanor yet friendly and I did not feel pressured to make decisions. The scheduling process was easy and follow up questions were promptly answered prior to the meeting. I never felt rushed to leave and She answered questions r/t gold weights with and without stones. Even though I could have chosen the online route for potentially a greater valuation, I was able to watch the weighting process and I did not have a delay in payment and was offered options for how Circa pays. It was a great customer experience.
