The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been chasing after my USD 64 refund for over a month. I have spoken to 5 different representatives and when I finally received a confirmation for my refund, a different representative emailed me with retention purposes and offered me a 30% refund. They don't communicate with each other and don't read about the customer's situation and they are so cheap that they rather spend several working hours on a USD 64 case instead of listening to the customer and process the refund. Their checkout page is an absolute mess. You have to be very careful if you don't want to pay double/triple the original price. I wouldn't buy with this company!
