Horrible
Horrible! You pay $150 for a membership and the treatment is far from personal. Just today two different provider talked to me on the message - they didn't know me at all and did not continou the previous conversation. One provider told me to wait to start the treatment and the other one went and ship the medication when just one message above show that I was going away and had no way of receiving the medication that needs to be refrigerated. Now the med is going to sit on a mail box for 20 days because the second "provider" didn't take 2 seconds to read the message I was exchanging with provider number 01! It's insane how horrible it is. Do not trust them.
