I had a very good experience with Compass Mining over the past four years since I acquired my miner through them. Their support team was always responsive, professional, and fast in solving any issues that came up. Due to a personal decision, I decided to cease my contract, but my overall experience with the company was very positive. I appreciate the support and service I received during this time.
