Inaccurate shipping estimates and hidden fees
Inaccurate shipping estimates and hidden fees! I spent $300 on shipping and specifically chose to remove all shoe boxes to save weight and space. After paying, they hit me with an unexpected $60 "volumetric weight" fee out of nowhere. Their system estimation is terrible, and customer support just replies with copy-paste explanations instead of helping. Terrible experience, beware of sudden price increases before your package ships!
