Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. They stopped responding to our emails, hence writing here. Our account could not be cancelled when we requested it (we gave a month notice as required) because of a technical issue from Cin7. The company admitted their failing but took no responsibility for it. They charged us for a month of service and though they agreed it was their fault, no refund was processed. This poor customer service is one of the main reason we decided to leave for another provider. Update - I have now emailed again the customer service as requested by the Cin7 team on this page and I am looking forward to getting this resolved asap. Is this immediate response from Cin7 on Trustpilot only performative? Is it genuine? I will write an update here. FINAL UPDATE : CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL DESPITE BEING ASKED HERE TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN.
