Great price and ease of use, a couple small issues
Price, ease of using the platform and locking in a quote, and subsequent communication were excellent. The freight forwarder they used got the shipment to me late (several days beyond the anticipated window, with one false delivery notice along the way) and one carton (out of 120 total cartons) was damaged pretty badly (haven't inspected the items in that carton yet for damage, but the corresponding boxes aren't usable). Overall, I will use them again.
