I literally have a slack channel named “quo-issues-n-bugs”
Great UI, but far too buggy to rely on When Quo works, it works well. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, and both the mobile and web apps are nicely designed. Unfortunately, the reliability issues are hard to overlook. The app seems especially buggy when I’m not connected to Wi-Fi, messages often fail to send, and the notifications can be inconsistent or persist long after they should disappear. The strangest issue is the number of “ghost calls.” I regularly receive calls from people saying they missed a call from one of my numbers, even though I never called them. It happens across multiple numbers and creates unnecessary confusion. I originally left a four-star review, but literally the next day I was dealing with failed messages and more bugs. I still use Quo because I haven’t found a clearly better alternative, but it is difficult to recommend a business phone system that feels this unreliable.
