Waiting for a Replacement
Customer service was prompt as described in the help information. My battery didn’t last 1 week, and now it’s unusable. Original purchase delivery was fast, like 3 days. This replacement looks like about 10 days, not sure why it’s longer ? I would think that since my new battery failed, they would want to help me asap ? Hopefully the original was a lemon, and whatever it happens. Not sure i can give a very accurate review at this point, as i don’t even have a battery at this current time, gotta wait another week to get it.
