Multiple issues.
Issues throughout. As the sender I wasn't informed of any issues. Only the receiver was informed. On top of large delays once the item was delivered, extra fees were added. Why aren't these raised at the time UPS received the parcel? Parcel arrived later than originally predicted and with extra costs.
